The Boss Hog XI: The Juggernaut is a single-barrel, cask-strength rye whiskey, aged in new American oak barrels and finished in Thandai-seasoned barrels. Inspired by the traditional Indian beverage, Thandai, this unique finish imparts a complex array of flavors. The nose features traditional Indian spices, rye allspice, clove, and black pepper. The palate offers overripe orchard fruit, cardamom, saffron, and fennel. The finish delivers waves of baking spice, soft sweetness, and tropical fruit. Each bottle is adorned with a handcrafted pewter topper, depicting a pig in the style of a majestic Indian elephant, symbolizing the fusion of cultures and flavors.
