Aged for 27 years—20 years in American oak followed by a 7‑year finish in Trinidadian Caroni rum barrels—it’s bottled at 48% ABV (96° proof) with no coloring or chill filtration .

The nose offers indulgent aromas of muscovado sugar, manuka honey, light tropical fruit, and a hint of green banana with spice. On the palate, rich sweetness unfolds through velvet vanilla viscosity, transitioning to treacle toffee, aged leather, charred oak tannins, and bursts of tropical fruit and honey. The finish is long, sweet, and oil‑coated, with lingering notes of vanilla, mango, and drying oak tannins.
