Aged a minimum of 18 years in a range of casks and bottled at 48% ABV (96° proof), this single malt delivers a restrained, elegant smoke balanced by fresh herbal and citrus undertones.
On the nose, vibrant notes of sage, green apple, and pineapple greet you, with a subtle forest-smoke backdrop. The palate unfolds layers of herbal peat, grapefruit, acacia honey, and gentle fruitiness, finishing with clean, lingering smoke and crisp green citrus. Smoke is present but never overpowering—expressed in a soft architectural style characteristic of Japanese peated whisky.
