Rabbit Hole “Raceking” Founder’s Collection
Tasting Notes / Description
Rabbit Hole “Raceking” Founder’s Collection is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon crafted by Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Named in tribute to Kentucky’s heritage of horse racing, this release is part of the distillery’s ultra-premium Founder’s Collection series. Raceking is distinctive for its innovative five-grain mashbill, which includes malted rye and chocolate-malted wheat—rare grains that lend a remarkable depth and richness to the bourbon’s profile.
On the nose, Raceking opens with waves of cocoa, toasted hazelnut, and baking spice, balanced by dark fruit and sweet oak. The palate unfolds luxuriously with layers of rich chocolate, brown sugar, caramel, and roasted coffee bean, accented by hints of tobacco and earthy malt. The finish is long and indulgent, leaving lingering notes of chocolate, charred oak, and subtle spice.
The presentation is equally striking: each bottle is housed in an individually numbered display box, crafted with elegant design and deep colors to reflect the bourbon’s bold, complex character. This attention to detail makes Raceking both a collector’s piece and a sensory experience.
