Glenfiddich 40 Year Old Scotch Whisky

Tasting Notes / Description
Glenfiddich 40 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rare and luxurious expression from Glenfiddich’s Time Re‑imagined series, crafted at the distillery in Dufftown, Speyside, Scotland. Vatted from hand‑selected casks aged a minimum of 40 years using the unique “remnant vatting” process, it’s bottled at 48.2% ABV (96.4° proof) . This whisky pours a dark mahogany color and offers a deeply layered profile: the nose reveals dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, ripe black cherries, gentle wood smoke, polished leather, and cloves. On the palate, rich fruitcake, dates, raisins, and stewed apples give way to subtle dry oak, bitter chocolate, and faint peat. The finish is incredibly long, complex, and profoundly memorable
