The infusion process involves immersing small, honey-saturated wooden cubes—crafted from used bourbon barrels—into the bourbon for seven months, allowing the spirit to absorb rich honey flavors. On the nose, it presents aromas of cinnamon, toasted oak, smoke, dark honey, elderberry, and resin. The palate is creamy, featuring notes of caramel, wood tannins, black pepper, cardamom, and apricots.
