B&B Cocktail Lounge and Heaven Hill Distillery are pleased to present you an evening of fine bourbon and exceptional cuisine. This 5 course bourbon pairing dinner menu is created by and will be prepared by our Executive Chef Mutaz Fakhouri. The evening will be hosted by Jack Choate, Heaven Hills Whiskey Educator & Ambassador. Jack will be sharing the history of Heaven Hill Distillery, notes about the process behind the creation of their spirits and his personal insights. This event has limited seating, reserve today.

Jack Choate / West Coast Whiskey Educator & Ambassador

Jack Choate is the West Coast Whiskey Educator & Ambassador for Heaven Hill Distillery, based in Los Angeles. Jack loves the story of whiskey and paired with his years of experience in the sales force, he thrives in education and field sales development for Heaven Hill Distillery’s award-winning portfolio.

He was born and raised in the South, and says he was destined for a life in American Whiskey. “My mother used to rub bourbon on my gums when I was teething, and every major life milestone was marked with a bourbon-related gift: personalized Mint Julep cups for High School graduation, a handle of her favorite bourbon when I graduated from college, monogrammed Mint Julep Cups for my wife, Cait, and me on our wedding day. Bourbon was always around for life’s big moments. It made an impression on me.” (His mom’s favorite brand today? John E. Fitzgerald’s Larceny.)

Jack joined Heaven Hill in 2014 and spent the first few years as Northern California On Premise Area Manager. He worked closely with distributors to execute strategic on-premise initiatives in and around the San Francisco Bay Area before moving into his role as Educator & Ambassador. Prior to Heaven Hill, Jack worked for Young’s Market Company in On-Premise Sales for Santa Monica and Venice Beach, California, where he was responsible for identifying sales opportunities, driving sales volume, and partnering with brand ambassadors and mixologists to increase sales and distribution.
